only 4 sunbeds for all guests, how do they expect us to relax? i was hoping for an upgrade or somthing complimentary, but no special treatment here. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't overlook these issues. disapointing!

Spacious apartments with unique design features and inviting outdoor terraces offering impressive views.
The swimming pool lacks heating, with chilly water making it less desirable for a jump in. Limited sunbeds create a frustrating scenario where some visitors reserve beds with towels but leave them unattended for hours, leaving little option for others to relax. Furthermore, the absence of swimming towels, which are typically standard, means extra hassle and cost for guests. Observations about bike rentals being poorly communicated add to the inconsistency of amenities.

Had a great time with friends! We loved exploring the beautiful landscape with trails perfect for cycling. The staff was super helpful and made our stay comfortable. Don't miss the local traditions like Bravio delle Botti and the Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte! Such a fantastic experience overall.
The only downside was a lack of communication regarding extra amenities, which led to some confusion during our stay.

Perfect family getaway!
The kids loved the little playground, and the staff was super friendly. Our apartment was spacious and had this gorgeous view! We enjoyed some meals at the outdoor dining area, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. All in all, an awesome spot close to Montepulciano.

It was just a smart choice for a flying visit in Montepulciano with very good value for money. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals, which saved us some cash. Take your own beach towels to avoid extra rental fees.

The apartment was beautifully appointed, with a cozy atmosphere and added touches like complimentary coffee and a nice selection of bathroom amenities. The surrounding hiking trails offered stunning views, although the air conditioning wasn't operational during our stay, it didn’t affect our experience too much.
