The staff were completely unhelpful, didn't expect that coming.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with comfortable beds, high ceilings, and beautiful tile floors. Lovely pool and underground parking. Charming Italian villa decor and modern bathroom. Helpful staff member provided great recommendations for local sites and enjoyed cooking with fresh ingredients. Quiet and serene property with stunning sunset views.

I recently stayed at a charming villa near a historic city in Tuscany. The Borgo Poggiardelli Aparthotel was amazing! The villa was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and had a charming décor. The modern bathroom was a highlight, and the location offered stunning views of the rolling hills. The staff, especially Giulia, was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions for exploring the surrounding area. We enjoyed cooking with fresh local ingredients and watching the sunset from the terrace. The property was quiet and serene, and the underground garage was a convenient feature. I highly recommend this villa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Borgo Poggiardelli Aparthotel! The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The grounds were beautiful and it was a great location for hiking and biking in the woods. The staff was helpful and made sure our check-in was smooth. The pool area was also great for relaxing. The nearby restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meat dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation.

Just a few minor things to note. It would have been nice to have a few more dishes in the apartment, as we found ourselves washing them frequently.

The underground parking was a great convenience, and we loved having tables and chairs outside our apartment to enjoy the surroundings. The pool was absolutely gorgeous, although we wish it had been warmer during our stay so we could have taken a dip. Lastly, the on-site restaurant was fantastic and served some of our favorite meals in Italy!

The setting of the hotel was absolutely stunning. We couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. It was the perfect romantic escape. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any of our needs. And the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

One thing that disappointed us was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. We were expecting a wider selection of choices, but it was a bit limited.

The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, with a great shower and a nice selection of welcome goodies. The owners were friendly and easy to reach for any questions or concerns. The peaceful location at the edge of the woods was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, the clean pool area was a delightful bonus for a refreshing dip.

It would have been better if there were more pots and pans for cooking, and a gas BBQ instead of briquettes. The air conditioning was not very powerful, leaving the bedrooms a bit too warm at night.

The location was perfect, just a short drive from the town center, giving us easy access to all the attractions. Plus, the surrounding views of the rolling hills were absolutely breathtaking.

We did have a couple of concerns. the interior spaces lacked aesthetic appeal and could use a bit of sprucing up.
